How I Work
I am trained in an integrative relational approach which means the core of my work is focused on developing a warm and therapeutic relationship with my clients. I work in a very person-centred way but use cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) where this may be helpful. I also draw on elements of humanistic and psychodynamic theory.
Meeting the client’s needs is at the heart of my work, and I will use our initial session to establish your goals and aims for our work together.
I have particular knowledge and experience working with neurodiversity so if you have a diagnosis of ASD or ADHD or you are on a pathway to diagnosis (official or self-diagnosis), do get in touch. I also work with parents and carers
to support neurodiverse children and young people.

How I Can Help
I can support you by giving you a warm, non-judgmental space to articulate your feelings and thoughts. This will allow you to process whatever has been troubling you; whether it's a difficult relationship or experience, finding the world overwhelming, or feelings of stress and anxiety that seem hard to pin down.
I am trained to help you through this process and will work with you to find ways to help you feel better. Whether you are feeling low or anxious, or whether you simply want to understand yourself better, I can support you to explore how you are feeling so that you can gain some clarity, learn strategies and tools to manage difficult emotions, and make positive changes to your life.
