Finding The Right Therapist For You
It is really important that you feel comfortable with your therapist. I offer a free, no-obligation 15 minute meeting so that you can decide whether I am the right therapist for you. During this session, you can tell me a little about yourself and what you would like to get from your sessions. I can also answer any questions you may have.
How many sessions will I need?
Every person and problem is different so it is up to you how many sessions you would like to book.
Some people prefer to work to a short-term contract (6 - 12 weeks), whereas others opt for
open-ended therapy, seeing it as an essential tool for looking after their mental health.

The Therapy Session
Each counselling session lasts 50 minutes, and unless otherwise agreed, will usually take place weekly at the same time and on the same day.
